8th Annual SFBA HPNA CLINICAL REVIEW

VENUE CHANGE FOR THE 8TH  Annual SFBA HPNA Clinical Review on January 26, 2019 at kAISER Martinez Hospice(see updated flyer). The Executive Board has voted to offer the Review FREE to all FULL members of the SFBA HPNA saving you $130! To attend FREE you must be a current National HPNA member and SFBA HPNA member. If you are not already a National member you can become an HPNA National member by visiting the HPNA website at www.HPNA.org. When you receive your HPNA National number please supply it to Debi Bach treasurerdebisfba2017@gmail.com. If you are not a National member but area SFBA HPNA member the cost will be $130 for the 16.5 CEs or $65 for the 8 hour interactive portion. If you are a non-member the cost is $165 for 16.5 CEs or $80 for the 8 hour interactive portion.

The Clinical Review is 16.5 CEs broken into 2 parts. The first portion is 8.5 CEs of self study slides to review and take a 150 question post test. That portion is done on your own and completed test answer sheets will be sent to Debi Bach to correct and issue the 8.5CE certificate. The second portion is an 8 hour day of interactive case studies to help prepare for the CHPN Certification Exam which is offered through HPNA 4 times a year(March, June, September, December). If you attended the 7th Annual Clinical Review in 2018 you will not be able to repeat the self study portion.

Agenda: 8:30-9 Registration, 9-9:15 membership meeting, 9:15 – 12:30 Interactive case studies, 12:30 - 1:00 LUNCH(cost $10*All participants will need to purchase a lunch. The chapter has been providing the lunch free at the events but we have had over 20% no shows to the meetings wasting chapter resources). 1:00 - 4:00 Interactive case studies. 8 CE certificate presented at 4pm from Care at Lifes End, BRN # 16056.
