8.5 CE Self Study Diagnosis to Death Slides and post test

The 8.5 CE Self Study slides are the basis of the Clinical Review.  These slides have been available since 2017.  If you have already requested them and have not sent the post test to Debi Davin for correction you can stil send it in for the 8.5 CEs.  These slides can only be done one time so please do not purchase them again if you have already received them from SFBA HPNA.  These slides will be retired this year so please review the materials and take the post test to receive the 8.5 CEs.  This will be the last year you can receive the CEs.  When you register for the slides they will be sent to your email address to review. The answer sheet will be sent along with the test questions to fill out and send back to Debi Davin at debi.careatlifesend@gmail.com for correction and issuance of the 8.5 CE certificate.
