Join your local HPNA chapter in learning how to have those DIFFICULT conversations with our patients in the style of VITAL TALK.. This will be a day highlighting the importance of those Palliative Care professionals in preparing patients for their medical trajectory from diagnosis to death. There will be a 2 hour practice session with case scenarios facilitated by MSWs and NPS at the end of the confrence to allow practice with these skills for having difficult conversations.  Please join us for this exciting day!   Encourage your colleagues to join our chapter.  Everyone who brings a new member to the chapter will receive a copy of Drug Dealer, MD by Anna Lembke, MD.  Please notify Debi at debi.careatlifesend@gmail.com if you bring a new member to the chapter.  We are always looking for interested persons to work on our steering board so if you are interested please contact one of the board members.
